Although it’s not my bread and butter

If you need to look great in 6 weeks because you have a high school reunion and you need to make someone feel jealous – I can help you with that too. I don’t recommend it because it will be an unpleasant 6 weeks – for you – not for me.

A Little More About Coach

  • I have been an athlete since the age of 15.
  • My interest in fitness and nutrition began in grade 10 and that interest continues to grow.
  • Expertise in weightlifting and using it (along with a some cardio) to change body composition.
  • I became a fitness coach to help my clients reach their short-term and long-term goals.
  • I became a fitness coach to add value to the life of all my clients.
  • Completed courses in exercise physiology, sports nutrition, biomechanics, athletic injury prevention and management, and more…
